Training

We are delighted to announce our partnership with Full Potential as official coaching partner and Pure Sports Medicine as official medical partner. They will be supporting all Run for Love runners to get ready for the challenges ahead...

Full Potential have developed the below training plans specifically for Run for Love runners. These are formulated for three levels of final dayers ("Get me round", "Intermediate" and "Advanced") and a single level for multi-dayers. They are designed to prepare you as much as possible for the terrain that we will be running over when we get to Eastern Europe.


In addition to the training plans make sure you read other documents from our team which will give you more context on how to train and stay fit as you increase mileage.​
